Terms of Use
Educational nature of botanical observations and limitation of liability.
1. Educational and Observational Purpose Only
The content provided across Leafstage, including the Leaf Detective engine, Window Studio, and Botanical Library, is published strictly for observational and educational purposes. It does not constitute a certified professional agronomic or plant pathology diagnosis.
2. Pet Safety & Toxicity Limitations
Pet safety indicators are sourced from public records provided by organizations such as the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center. They are provided as informational references. If you suspect an animal has ingested any part of a houseplant, contact an emergency licensed veterinarian or animal poison control center immediately.
3. Device Storage & Local Operations
Leafstage is provided on an "as-is" basis. Because data is stored strictly in your browser's IndexedDB, Leafstage is not liable for data loss caused by browser resets, storage clearing, or device failures. Users are encouraged to maintain JSON backup exports.
